Two Important Changes From Previous Years:
Any player from the winning team the previous year is not eligible to win the trip to Pinehurst this year. Other words, you can not win the trip to Pinehurst in back-to-back years.
Due to the increase in cost of the Acura College Alumni Team Championship, there is a $250 fee that each qualifying team is responsible for. The Prince William Chapter will be responsible for sending the check to Pinehurst. The winning team of the 11th Annual VT Alumni Golf Tournament will have to reimburse the Prince William Chapter this $250 fee in order to receive the invitations to Pinehurst.
The team that won the 6th Annual VT Alumni Golf Tournament finished 1st in the Net Division at Pinehurst, which crowned them as the overall champion. Below are a few pictures from their experience. This team also won the 5th Annual VT Alumni Golf Tournament, and finished 2nd at Pinehurst in 2012.
The team that won the 5th Annual VT Alumni Golf Tournament finished 2nd at the 2012 Acura College Alumni Team Championship. Pictures soon to come!
The team that won the 4th Annual VT Alumni Golf Tournament finished 20th at Pinehurst and also said it was an amazing weekend. Below are a few pictures from their experience.
The team that won the 3rd Annual VT Alumni Golf Tournament and represented Virginia Tech at the first annual Acura College Alumni Team Championship in November competed extremely well. They finished 12th out of 60 schools and said the trip was a "once-in-a-lifetime" experience.
